Customer Service

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will ship within the production time listed for the items purchased. Any changes in the estimated shipping time will be communicated to you as soon as possible. You will receive a second email with tracking information when your order is shipped.


Shipping rates and carrier are determined by the final price of your order.

  • less than $200 – USPS Priority Mail; includes tracking & insurance
  • $200 to $449 – USPS Priority Mail; includes insurance, tracking, signature required at delivery
  • $450 to $2,499 – USPS Express Mail; includes insurance, tracking, signature required at delivery


All orders valued over $200 ship via FedEx Priority International service. Prices vary by country. Please contact me with your postal code for a shipping quote before placing your order.

The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. You can check with your country's local Customs office or on your postal website to estimate what you can expect to pay in fees. It is the customer's responsibility to know the customs laws in their country and to alert me if there are restrictions or other issues that I need to be aware of.

Every so often a package can get held up in Customs. I cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery due to Customs. Buyer agrees to take FULL responsibility for the risks involved in international shipping (delayed delivery, payment of duties, etc.). For international shipments I use only the safest, insured, trackable method with FedEx. 


If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please email to see if your request can be met. Rush fees may apply. Ordering with expedited shipping DOES NOT guarantee that your item will be shipped immediately. 


All orders are shipped in a gift box.  If your order is a gift and you would like to enclose a personal note please contact Marilyn with instructions.  Receipts are sent via email to the buyer, not included in the shipment.


I am confident you will be happy with your purchase.  However if this is not the case, you may EXCHANGE it for another item by mailing it back unworn and in its original condition. SORRY, NO REFUNDS.  All exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase. To exchange an item, please contact Marilyn at for instructions. Meander Works is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are not refundable.


If an item is defective within the first 30 days of your purchase, I'll be happy to repair it at no cost, provided it has been subjected to normal wear and tear. If after extended wear you would like me to repair your jewelry, please email Marilyn at to discuss the fee. Repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the repair needed. Repair costs start at $25 and will vary. The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
